Well, if you are passionate and willing to improve yourself then I think this article will help you to do that. I’m very passionate about improving myself and personal growth. Self Improvement Ideas does not mean to change yourself. And it is the way to develop your personality and transforming yourself betterment in life.

May be you are working long hours, focusing on anything else, or doing something, getting no time to think yourself, whatever the case may be, take out some time in a day to think about yourself, your own goal and dreams is a good idea. And it is important to continuously improve yourself because progress leads to fulfillment, transforming you into a better person and successful person in life.

Learning personal development skills, different languages, Technical skills, Talking with different persons, Study, taking knowledge about modern day technology help you to transform you into another level and makes you confident in life, give a stand in an ever changing life and also gives you an opportunity to getting a good job. For example, we always want an upgrade version of windows, Android operating system, similarly we also improve our self on a daily basis to makes us competent in modern life. When we have achieved something in our life we may feel good but the feeling is not lasting a long time. And it is important to always learn, developing and growing in life for happiness.

As we grow up from kindergarten to school and college life we constantly get different knowledge, knowing different things, facing a different kind of problem, also improve our-self day by day. But there is something that we have to improve and learn by our-self. So, Here I am discussing some idea that will help you on your way.

Read books and Newspaper every day:  

Read any writers book, read different stories, ideas, read motivational speakers books. Take knowledge about the society, politics, sports, event, stories that will help you to maximise your experience and knowledge about the outside world. Read the newspaper in a daily manner also helps to increase your knowledge. You can watch tv also, but not all the time may be one or two hours in a day. I admire and follow some motivational speaker like APJ Abdul Kalam, Sandeep Maheshwari, Gaur Gopal Prabhu, Mahatria, Nicholas James Vujicic.

Learn any new Language that you want:

As I belong to a Bengali family, my main language is Bengali. As Hindi is our national language so I learn the Hindi language also. I love to learn English, German English, Talegue, Tamil, Sanskrit etc. As English is the global language and job oriented language so I’m focusing to learn that language more than other languages. For me learning a different language is a mind opening experience and collecting knowledge about different culture.

Take any self-improvement course:  

You may take any spoken English classes, any other course like computer course, automation course, technical courses, for your improvement. Courses are the great way to get new knowledge and skills. And that will also help you to get a better job.

Travel different places and met with different people:

Travelling can give you some times to spend with yourself and to think yourself, learn new things, different culture, history, food etc. You may get inspired to live a better life and bring lots of happiness.

Think in a positive way:

Early waking up say at 5-6 am and always waking up with a smile. See your face in the mirror and think this day is your day. Be confident about yourself and smile. And that will help you to improve yourself and productivity and also improve the quality of your life. Take everything in a positive way, how much it is worst may be. If something wrong ever happens with you like fail in the exams that you prepare for, did not get a job, break up with you girlfriend, a broken relationship or lose something in your life never loose your hope and be positive in life.

So, friends, always love yourself what you are and think what you want to be and what makes you happy, just do that thing. Love your work and don’t feel sad about you failure. Face your fear in a positive way and dare to dream.

Follow your passion and hobby:

Follow your passion and hobby that you love to do. But, sometimes you can pick up a new hobby, that will stretch you in different aspect physically, mentally or emotionally. Sometimes Painting, reading books, playing guitar gives you a lot of enjoyment. And sports like hockey, cricket, football, making sculpture also give you a lot of happiness and decrease my stresses.

Do Meditation:

Meditation is a good way to check in with yourself. No need to sit whole day in silence for meditation. You may take five to ten minute in a day to do this. This will enlighten you, reduce anxiety problems and increase your confidence level.

Motivate other person and keep away from negative thoughts and negative people:

keep away from negative people and negative thoughts. If you feel that negative people or thoughts demotivate you or drag you down do not spend so much time around them. Or it may be a good idea that I usually do, giving them a positive idea and positive way so that they can overcome from their negative thoughts.

Learn from your friend or other people:

Every person has a unique and amazing quality. All the friend of yours or people who surround you, they may have something that you can learn from. Think about your good friends and think what the good things you can learn from him. Think about it and try to look other people and learn from them what you want to know from them, or talk with them, I’m sure they definitely help you.

Take challenges:

Taking the challenge, competition is one of the best ways to grow. Set challenges like cracking entrance exams, getting a job, making something etc. Through the process, you will grow yourself and you can make yourself to compete with this world.

Reduce the time you spend on a social network:

From my personal experience, I realized that excessive time spending on a social network is just a waste of time. You can use this time for other much better activities. I spend my all free time on doing painting, making sculpture, writing blogs that I love to do, it gives me happiness and refreshes my mind.

Take sometimes for yourself or Take a Break:

Take a break from your hard working schedule. If you are working long hours in a day it will affect your mood and also create a high level of stress. On the other hand, It can also prevent your improvement. So take a break, recognize your need, listen to music or talking with your dearest one, walk longer miles, relax and charge yourself.
